- The Counted Wishes Cross Stitch Festival is an online, Designer-only,
Retail Cross Stitch Festival. Its purpose is to provide affordable exposure
for Cross Stitch Designers to showcase their work to Stitchers. It is owned by
Angie Kowalsky of
Linen
Flowers Designs.

What can we offer you as a Designer?
- Inexpensive advertising in a fun, Festival
setting.
- Increased traffic to your business website.
- New customers to experience your designs for
the first time.
- The ability to showcase new designs to a
global community of stitchers.
How are we different from other online shows?
- Advertising: We advertise in the Gift Of
Stitching the first day of the Festival. Its customer base is 4, 200
subscribers.
- Cost: For less than the cost of one trip to
the grocery store, you can gain global exposure for your Cross Stitch
Designs.
- Designer Only: Our Counted Wishes Yahoo Group
during the Festival offers encouragement, help, and friendship to each
other.

The Counted Wishes Cross Stitch Festival is held
2 times a year, at this website.
- Spring Showing: Feb. 1-7
- Fall Showing: Aug. 1-7

Effective Jan. 1, 2011, our Festival Requirements
are as following:
For Cross Stitch Designers
- Must offer at least 8 of your Designs on your website, blog, or etsy shop.
All designs shown must be your own "for sale" patterns (not free ones).
- Cross-Stitch Designers must offer at
least 1 new, never before seen release at the Festival. More would be
desired, but at least 1 is required. This may be published at your
website/blog/etsy address the day the Festival begins.
- Must offer a Show Special.
- Must provide Family-friendly images for the
young stitchers we hope will visit. .
Hand-Dyed Fabric Or Floss Dyers, Custom
Sewers, or Other Artists:
- Must offer a Show Special.
- Must provide custom Cross Stitch materials
that you create yourself (note: no premade or imported goods).
This could be hand-sewn Cross Stitch Accessories, Scissor Fobs, Cross
Stitch Frames, Custom Wood Accessories, Hand-dyed Fibers or Floss, etc.

- To exhibit in the Counted Wishes Festival, we
require that you supply your booth information one month before the show
begins. Booth information for the Spring Showing must be in by January
1, and booth information for the Fall Showing must be in by July 1.

Please refer back to this page between
Dec. 1 and Jan. 1 to make your payment for the Feb. 1-7 Festival.
Thank you.
- Each Counted Wishes Festival costs $25.00 to participate.
- The festival fee is non-refundable. Please let
us as soon as possible if you will not be able to participate.
- We accept Paypal, Checks, and Money Orders
from participants for their exhibiting cost.

- After
payment for the Festival, you will be sent information on how to set up
your page. Please read it carefully and be sure all information is
submitted.
- After payment for the Festival, you will be
invited to become a member of the Counted Wishes Yahoo Group. The yahoo
group is for participating Designers/Exhibitors of the Festival only.
Respect to others and professionalism are required on the group. Link:

- Counted Wishes will host 12 images for you,
each no more than 400 pixels wide.
- Vendor Booths will remain visible after the
Festival, but Show Specials and prices expire with the Festival.
- PDF Charts, Printed Charts, And Kits are all
acceptable in the Festival.
- No financial transactions are handled through
the Counted Wishes Festival. Customers will click on a link with your
email address to contact you to make payment for charts. We are not responsible for Customer/Designer
transactions; however, we reserve the right to reject any exhibitor due
to customer complaints that orders were not sent, etc.
